How Account Deletion Works
Joyful does not support self-service account deletion from within the app. User accounts are managed by the Administrator of your organisation's Joyful account. To request deletion of your account, please contact your account Administrator.
Steps for Administrators to Delete a User Account

Open the Joyful web app at joyful.bot/login.

Log in using your Admin credentials. Only users with Admin privileges can delete accounts.

Navigate to Settings → User Management.
- 4
Locate the user account to be deleted. Click Delete on that user's row.
- 5
Confirm the deletion in the popup that appears. The account will be permanently removed.
What Data Is Deleted
When a user account is deleted by an Administrator, the following data is permanently removed:
- User profile and login credentials
- Conversation history associated with the account
- Notification preferences and device tokens
Don't Have Access to an Administrator?
If you do not have access to an Administrator for your organisation's Joyful account, you can contact us directly and we will process your deletion request within 5 business days.
