This Policy details how we receive, collect, and use information in connection with our website located at joyful.bot (the "Site"), the Joyful platform (the "Joyful Platform"), and other products and services provided on the joyful.bot website (all of the foregoing, collectively, the "Services").

Specific to YouTube API Services

Joyful uses YouTube API Services to show YouTube data for users who have authenticated their YouTube channel(s). If you have authenticated your YouTube channel(s) on Joyful, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Information Collected: Joyful does not collect or store personal information of users on YouTube. Joyful only collects information specific to our users, which is:

• URLs to videos by our users on YouTube
• Video title
• Text of comments
• Username of the commenter
• Date and time of these comments and their URLs

Use of Information: Joyful uses the information collected from YouTube API Services to provide you with a personalized experience on our platform. For example, we use this information to show you comments on your videos.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information: Joyful does not share or disclose any information collected from YouTube API Services with any third parties.

Revoking Access: In addition to Joyful's normal procedure for deleting stored data, you can also revoke Joyful's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page.

Specific to Play Store API Services

The Joyful mobile application is distributed through the Google Play Store. Your installation and use of the app, and any related services provided through the Google Play Store, are also subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices.

Information Collected: When you install and use the Joyful app from the Google Play Store, Google may collect certain device, diagnostic, and usage information as disclosed in the Data Safety section of the Joyful listing on the Play Store, in addition to the information described elsewhere in this Policy.

Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your Joyful account and associated data at any time. Please see our Account Deletion page for instructions, or contact us directly at support@germinait.com.
